Ashley Black, NP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic injector, and the founder of The Beauty NP, a boutique medical aesthetics practice known for its elevated, natural-looking results.

 

With advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation, Ashley is recognized for her precise technique, artistic eye, and commitment to safe, sophisticated aesthetic care.

Since entering clinical practice in 2019, Ashley has built a reputation for excellence by blending evidence-based medicine with an individualized, beauty-forward approach. In 2022, she launched The Beauty NP to create a modern medical spa where patients receive highly personalized treatment plans designed to enhance confidence, balance, and long-term skin health.

As both founder and lead injector, Ashley continues to shape the future of her practice through innovation, education, and a relentless focus on results that feel as good as they look.

Tony Black is the owner and COO of The Beauty NP, where he plays a key role in the business operations, growth strategy, and day-to-day management behind the scenes. Since the company’s founding, Tony has worked closely alongside Ashley to help build and expand the brand into one of the region’s most trusted aesthetic and wellness practices.

 

Tony focuses on operational excellence, business development, and ensuring that every location delivers the high-end experience The Beauty NP is known for. From overseeing facility development, to supporting new service expansions and technology integration, he helps ensure the practice continues to grow while maintaining the boutique, client-centered atmosphere that defines the brand.

 

As a family-owned business, Tony and Ashley share a vision of creating a space where clients feel confident, cared for, and supported by a passionate team dedicated to excellence.

Amanda Giffel, RN, brings more than 11 years of nursing experience with a background in aesthetics, dermatology, emergency medicine, and wellness. She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized treatment plans, natural-looking results, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

 

Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Amanda believes every patient deserves to feel confident and cared for. She is dedicated to continuing education and staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to provide safe, effective treatments and an outstanding patient experience.

Sydnie Waderich, BSN, RN, is a registered nurse with a passion for aesthetic medicine and helping patients feel confident in their own skin. Her background in post-operative nursing, combined with advanced training in facial aesthetics, allows her to provide safe, personalized treatments focused on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty.

 

Sydnie is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and dedication to patient education. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming experience while helping each patient achieve refreshed, natural-looking results they can feel confident in.

Tonya is our dedicated Weight Loss Program MA, working closely with patients enrolled in injectable GLP/GIP therapies under the supervision of our Nurse Practitioners. She provides ongoing clinical support, monitors progress, assists with medication education, and helps ensure each patient’s weight loss journey is both safe and effective.

 

With a compassionate approach and strong attention to detail, Tonya is committed to helping patients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their treatment. Her experience and patient-focused care make her an integral part of our medical weight loss program.

Gabby specializes in creating relaxing, results-driven skincare experiences that help clients look and feel their best. With professional spa experience and advanced esthetics training, she provides customized facials, skin rejuvenation treatments, and wellness-focused services designed to promote healthy, glowing skin.

 

Known for her gentle touch and attention to detail, Gabby creates a calming, personalized experience for every client. She is passionate about helping each person feel refreshed, confident, and cared for while achieving their unique skincare goals.

Jessica is often the first friendly face patients meet at The Beauty NP. As our Patient Experience Coordinator, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless experience by assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and ensuring every patient feels valued from start to finish.

 

Known for her bubbly personality and exceptional customer service, Jessica is passionate about building relationships and helping patients feel at ease. She also manages much of our social media content, giving patients a behind-the-scenes look at life at The Beauty NP while helping share our passion for aesthetics and patient care.

Jacque Black serves as the Finance & Compliance Manager at The Beauty NP, overseeing payroll, employee onboarding, financial operations, medication shipments, and regulatory compliance. Her attention to detail helps ensure the practice operates with accuracy, security, and efficiency.

 

Known for her organization and reliability, Jacque works behind the scenes to support both the team and our patients. Her commitment to excellence and operational integrity plays a vital role in keeping The Beauty NP running smoothly every day.
